At Pompeii, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new items aren't a perfect fit, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange them in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download the prepaid shipping label provided via email, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package at any authorized courier drop-off point; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
